Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop with us!! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. That's why we offer a refund policy to ensure your satisfaction. 

1) Returns And Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item for a refund within 7 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. 

2) How to initiate a Refund

To initiate a refund, please send an email to our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return. 

We will then provide you with instruction on how to return the item to us. You will be responsible for cost of shipping the item back to us unless the item is/are defective or damaged. 

3) Refund Processing 

Once we receive your returned item, we. Will inspect it/them to ensure that it/them meets our refund policy requirement.. If your item meets our refund policy requirements we will issue a refund to the original method of payment used to make the purchase.. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. 

4) Non-refundable items

The following item are not eligible for refund.

5) Shipping cost

Shipping are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is/are defective or damaged. 

6) Fraudulent activity 

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request when we determine that the request is fraudulent or if the product was purchased with the intention of returning it for a refund.
